Tournament Spotlight – Past & Future
Our second tournament of the season was a hit! On Sunday, August 10th, we proudly hosted the Clearwater Ice Storm Golf Classic — a day of community, friendly competition, and support for youth hockey.
Thank you to the Clearwater Ice Storm organization, players, sponsors, and volunteers for helping raise funds for ice time, travel, equipment, and scholarships. We’re honored to be your host and look forward to future events!

Nine & Wine Scramble: A fun, no-pressure 9-hole round.
Improvement Club Lesson: Group clinic covering fundamentals.
🎟 Ticket includes golf or lesson, appetizers, a drink ticket, and post-play networking at our 19th Green Reception. $2 from each ticket supports local nonprofits.

Sharpen Your Skills This Fall
Our Junior and Women’s Clinics put on by Cestone Golf Academy offer expert instruction, fun, and a supportive environment for every golfer — from beginners to competitive players.
🏌️ Junior Clinics (Ages 7–18)
Learn and improve fundamentals — grip, stance, posture, ball position, alignment, putting, chipping, pitching, sand play, full swing, etiquette, and rules.
All Skill Levels: Sat 10–11 AM • Mon/Tue/Thu 4:30–5:30 PM
Tournament Players (Green Hat or higher): Tue/Thu 5:30–6:30 PM

Sat 9 AM: Skill-building (putting, chipping, pitching, full swing, sand)
Wed 5:30 PM: On-course play (must demonstrate fundamentals)

If your round could use a little refreshment, meet your new favorite: The Water Hazard. This TikTok-famous concoction has been making waves on courses across the country, and we’ve brought it to Westchase with our own delicious twist.
💧 What’s in it? Vodka, Blue Gatorade, lemonade, and Sprite — mixed over ice for a crisp, colorful, and refreshing sip on the course.
📸 Pro Tip: Snap a pic before you sip — the vibrant blue is pure Instagram (and TikTok) gold. Don’t forget to tag us @westchasegolf so we can share your best shots!
