Tournament Details
Westchase Golf Club's professional staff is thoroughly trained and experienced in providing exceptional tournament operation services. As part of our group services we will prepare the following items for your golf outing/tournament on the day of your event:

In order to provide the highest level of service, we ask that you provide a complete list of names of all the participants in your event 72 hours in advance. We also ask for the hole sponsor signage for the night before your event. This will provide our professional staff with the opportunity to have everything ready at the time of your arrival.
